Making Mysore Bajjis
from scratch sounds good, but when there is no time and you are hungry;
then no harm in adopting a simple and easy way of preparing Mysore
Bajjis or the so called Mysore Bonda. For
preparing Mysore Bajjis, have to soak maida in sour curd for atleast
3-4 hrs but check out this recipe which I learned from one of my
friend. Can use water for mixing the dough and also no need of keeping
aside the dough for a while.
self-rising flour - 1 cup chopped green chillies 5-6 finely chopped corriander 1 small onion finely chopped salt sour curd (for making the batter) - optional
Mix all the above ingredients using sour curd or water to mirchi bajji dough type consistency. I usually use water. Heat oil in a kadai and drop the batter using a spoon. Fry till golden brown in color. Hot snack with in minutes ready to be served. Enjoy as it is or with peanut chutney. Close
